We build each of our homes with quality materials that do not rust and will not degrade over time.
Others use wood posts placed into a deep hole in the ground the problem with this is the moisture in the soil causes the wood to degrade over time.
This is why we use Brute Force Brackets made out of quarter inch steel and grade 40 rebar. They will not rust or degrade in fact they will be around long after you are gone.
They are also much quicker to install than traditional methods which means you get in your home quicker and with much less hassle and surprises.

There is no need to rely on interior posts or load-bearing walls for structural support. A Better Barn Company‘s pole buildings allow up to a 120’ wide clear span space.

What is the smallest, largest, widest and highest building you can build?
The dimensions listed below are for standard designs. However, they can be exceeded for custom designs.
Minimum Width: 12’
Minimum Length: 20’
Minimum Height: 7’ (We can build roof systems as low as 1′, to be placed on concrete blocks.)
Maximum Width: 120’ (We can build wider, depending on other aspects of the building. See your dealer / rep.)

What is the widest clear span you can build (without middle posts)?
120’
Do I need a concrete foundation?
No, a concrete foundation is not required for all of our building foundation systems. One of our foundations features columns that are set in the ground, which gives the option of pouring a concrete floor after the building is up.
What finishes do you offer (shingles, siding)?
Our options are endless!
How long does it take to build the building?
Depending on weather and the complexity of the building, the building construction process ranges from a few days to a few months.
